Introducing the Zante Vista Villa, a combination of traditional architecture features coupled with a modern approach built at the area of Koukla and it is ready to satisfy your needs and demands making your holidays an unforgettable experience.
With its’ own beach and a breathtaking view to the island of Marathonisi, also known as the turtle Caretta-Caretta island, we guarantee to all our guests special moments full of relaxation and rejuvenation.
Privacy is guaranteed for everyone occupying the villa.
The positioning of the villa provides to every guest views to the gardens and the seafront. Local masons have designed the garden walls which are marvelous examples of exposed stonework. The landscaped gardens are full of typical Mediterranean trees and flowers and are properly looked after by a professional gardener.

• Bedroom 3(master): Two Single beds, En-suite bathroom, Air Conditioning, Television, Wardrobes.
• Bedroom 4: One Single bed, En-suite bathroom with shower, Air Conditioning, Television, Wardrobes.
• Additional Bedding: A small 2-persons guesthouse right next to the villa which has a double bed with a mini bar, its own bathroom and it is used by a couple that wishes some extra privacy.
• Family Kitchen: The family kitchen is fully equipped with amenities, utensils and facilities to prepare meals for 8 persons or more.
• Bathrooms: The Villa has five well-decorated bathrooms.
