As soon as guests enter the villa, there is a comfortable reception area consisting of a living room with a fireplace and a dining room. The large glass door of the living room, which opens onto the terrace and pool, allows plenty of sunlight to flood the space.A dining room gives lots of space and comfort while using the kitchen. So time spent cooking, as well as meals, can be accompanied by the whole family or your friends. A door on this side of the villa leads to the outdoor table, making it easy to serve food cooked in the kitchen. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Sun-drenched with shady corners that protect from the burning Greek sun the garden in Luxury Beach Villa Amor is the ideal environment for relaxation. It is elegant and well-kept, with a large wooden table, a barbecue with working space, swings for children and sunbeds. They are all laid out smartly so that you have visual contact with each other while enjoying the hours of your outdoor recreation.

Living Space & Kitchen

Large glass doors on both sides of the living room, which lead to the garden, illuminate the space creating a pleasant mood. The walls in a light grey shade contribute to the feeling of brightness and spaciousness. The living room sofa can be converted into a bed for two more persons. The soft sofas facing the fireplace and the TV are extremely pleasant even after many hours of relaxation, while a modern and spacious kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances and a dining area is separated from the comfortable living room by an interior door. Fully equipped for an easy, fast and enjoyable cooking experience while preparing your meals. It opens onto the garden where the outdoor table is located.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

You will find three bedrooms on the first floor: Relax in the bedroom-suite with a bathroom. Two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two singles, which share the second bathroom are there for your convenience. All rooms have views, some to the enchanting beach and others to the lush countryside, whether you are indoors or choose to sit on the balcony.

Luxury Beach Villa Amor is only 50 metres away from the tranquil resort of Agios Sostis. Although a small beach, it is famed for offering visitors many opportunities for enjoyable activities. In addition to the sunbeds and umbrellas, which ensure many carefree hours by the sea, you can rent small boats for a fun tour of the island. By boat, you can admire the famous sea turtles, which, due to the short distance from the beach Laganas often visit the beach of Agios Sostis and walk around next to sunbathers.

Ground Floor

Kitchen & Dining Room: Comfortable kitchen with all the necessary utensils for preparing meals, next to the dining room and the outdoor table.
Living room: Dining room next to a spacious living room with a fireplace, a comfortable sofa – bed and a flat-screen TV. There is a large window overlooking the garden and direct access to the pool area.
Ground floor bathroom.

1st Floor

Master bedroom 1: There is a double bed, a wardrobe, a mirror, a TV, a safety deposit box, linen, pillows, and a private bathroom with a glass shower. The balcony overlooks the pool.
Master bedroom 2: There is a second bedroom with a canopy bed. The balcony of the second bedroom also has a view of the pool area.
Bedroom 3: With a private shower and a double bed, the third room is available for two more persons.
Bathroom: Upstairs you will find a separate marble bathroom with a shower and all amenities.

Outdoor Space

Swimming pool: The garden has a huge free form swimming pool with internal stairs. You will find wooden sunbeds next to it, on the lawn and an extra room with a bathroom.
BBQ area: Next to the pool there is a brick barbecue with plenty of space to prepare meals. Dine at the large wooden table under the shade of the umbrella.

If you want to discover the interesting choice of markets of the capital, or its lively nightlife, the city of Zakynthos is only twenty minutes away from your villa.

Beaches

On the nearby beach of Agios Sostis with the shallow and crystal clear waters, you can find sunbeds for your convenience. Rent a boat to Marathonisi, also known as the Loggerhead turtle island, because of the Caretta-Caretta nesting on its shore. Why not arrange an excursion to the famous Keri Caves, where you will have the opportunity to dive in the clear blue waters of the Ionian Sea during your trip. Don’t forget to explore the wide stretch of sandy beaches in Kalamaki and Laganas. Visit the peninsula of Vasilikos in the southeast with the most picturesque beaches of the island, in the wonderful scenery of a pine forest.

Local Markets & Shopping

The nearest supermarket is located in Laganas, five minutes from Villa Amor. You will be able to find a wide variety of souvenirs and gifts, suitable for everyone. Souvenir shops are also an option in Kalamaki, nearby. On the way to the capital you will find two other supermarkets where you can buy everything you need.

Bars & Restaurants

Within a ten minute walk from the villa, a popular taverna – for locals and visitors alike –  serves traditional delicacies. Alternatively, pay a visit to the beach restaurants and bars in the resort of Agios Sostis or drink your wine in one of the traditional taverns overlooking the port of the nearby Lake Keri. For those who want to spend their night dancing, you will find the fun and liveliness you are looking for in cafes and bars in Laganas.

Family fun

The nearby Keri Lake offers boat trips as well as diving lessons to explore the natural wonders of the island. Kalamaki has an excellent mini-golf and go-kart court, which are open from early afternoon until late at night and offer fun for the whole family. For an even more exciting experience, head to Sarakinado Water Park. You will get there by car in less than 30 minutes and you will experience the slides that will raise your adrenaline. There are also calmer forms of water entertainment for all ages. The children will explore the jungle-themed playground with slides, but also the “Mermaid Pool” with fountains and water sprays.

Points of interest

Zakynthos is known for the Shipwreck Bay, an hour away by car. Take the time to ride around the mountains by car. Make a stop at the point of view of the shipwreck to admire it from an interesting angle and take wonderful photos. Instead, you can drive to Porto Vromi to see it up close by boat. On the hill that dominates above the capital is Bohali, which is worth visiting and sitting for coffee, refreshments or ice-cream while enjoying the view of the city of Zakynthos. Wander around the ruins of the Venetian Castle, and in the evening enjoy a cocktail watching the city lights flicker at your feet.
