About the Villa

Spend carefree summer days in the comfy living space of villa Vivian with the company of your loved ones, prepare home-cooked meals in the capacious kitchen and enjoy them on the kitchen table or the generously sized dining area. All rooms enjoy ample space and promote privacy. The property offers four bedrooms with double beds, an additional bedroom with single beds and two sofa beds distributed on the ground floor and the second floor.

Pool, garden & BBQ 

Lovely summer evenings await at the poolside area with a magnificent view of the rich vegetation. A portable barbecue and a large dining table allow for delicious dinner parties or quiet family lunches. Have a drink on a sunbed by the pool or the porch swing under the shade.

Living Space & Kitchen

The rustic mountainous look of the kitchen with stone details and archy cuts is located next to a big dining table for enjoyable meals all summer. A big sectional couch in the living room with wooden furniture brings out a feeling of deep relaxation.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

There are three main bedrooms with double beds on the second floor, one of which has an en-suite bathroom. A small sitting room on the same floor includes a sofa bed separated by a room divider and another bathroom. The ground floor has a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. Two single beds, a sofa bed and a bathroom on the same floor accommodate your needs. The fifth bathroom on the first floor is perfect when spending time in the living room or the kitchen.

Villa Vivian in Zakinthos – Setting

Situated in the quaint village of Koiliomenos, among few residents who engage in agriculture and stock breeding for a living, villa Vivian is a Greek summer home offering a unique terrain experience. Take your time to explore the area, especially the bell tower belonging to the church of Agios (Saint) Nikolaos. A 20-minute drive takes you to the famous Agios Sostis beach and within 30 minutes you can reach the beautiful Zante town.

Outdoor Space

Pool:  A 5m x 8m pool and the surrounding area are perfect for absorbing nature and resting. Parasols, sunbeds and a porch swing will let you hang out with your gang or find your inner peace.

BBQ Area: Smoky feasts can be savoured using the portable barbecue and the outdoor dining table while gazing at the horizon.

Villa Location

Koiliomenos village, 480 metres above sea level allows serenity and seclusion. Relax in a  mountainous rural area with traditional houses, adorable patios and bountiful flora. Two churches enhance the matchless aura of Koiliomenos, Agios (Saint) Nikolaos with a gothic bell tower and Kyria ton Aggelon (Lady of the Angels) featuring Spanish architecture. A 17th-century monastery can be reached after a long scenic ride, dedicated to the Virgin Mary. Combined with local products for sale and plenty of fresh air, it is perhaps the ultimate place for quality holidays in Zakynthos.

Beaches

Take a wonderful car ride towards the closest beaches. Agios Sostis offers clear waters, a sandy shore with sunbeds, parasols and cafes, and you can easily spend the whole day. A few other rocky coasts on your way there promise refreshing dips if you’re in for something more adventurous. Laganas beach with lots of fun activities and Limni Keri, for a completely secluded beach experience, are other available options a bit further from villa Vivian.

Local Markets & Shopping

Koiliomenos village takes pride in its local produce and throughout your stay, you will find traditional freshly made products. Convenience stores and souvenir shops will cover your basic needs. Agios Sostis nearby and Laganas will give you more shopping options by car.

Bars & Restaurants

Few tavernas in the village offer open-air Greek meals. Go for a short drive to Agios Sostis and find some of the most charming eateries decorated with the bright colours of local flowers. Bars and cafes also provide opportunities for amazing cocktails by the beach.

Family fun

One of the most exciting beaches in Zakynthos, Laganas offers mini-golf activities, among others, for those days that swimming and sunbathing is just not enough. Don’t miss the water village in Sarakinado, approximately 20 minutes away by car, where children and adults can have the time of their life. For a definitely interesting expedition, go to the Caretta Fun Park, that will offer memories that you will not soon forget.

Points of interest

The beautiful Zante town featuring inspiration from the Venetian era gives you a better understanding of the island’s culture. Only 30 minutes away from villa Vivian, visit the main attractions like the Bochali hill and the castle or the town square. The famous Navagio (Shipwreck) Beach is well worth a visit during your stay. Catch a glimpse of the abandoned ship on the beach shore either from the top of the cliff or coming closer by boat from the port of Agios Nikolaos. The village Volimes, abounding in natural scenery and local products, is approximately 35 minutes away and promotes true tranquillity.
