Kookis Village is located 250m from the beach in the pretty fishing village of Keri Lake on the southwest coast of Zakynthos.
The traditional village of Keri is renowned for its rich cultural values and traditional folk singing and offers a real insight into the Greek way of life. Kookis Villas beautifully combines traditional architecture with modern conveniences and set in stunning landscaped gardens the luxurious villas all have their own private swimming pools offering relaxing holidays ideal for families and couples.
The complex consists of seven individual two-story villas and the main building with a reception area and snack bar.
Each residence a ground and first floor and can house 5 or 6 people. The ground floor is made up of a bedroom with a double bed, sitting room-kitchen, television and bath. The first floor is made up of one bedroom with two single beds and a W.C. This villa has a private pool.

Bedroom 2: Two single beds, Air Conditioning, Wardrobes, Mirror.
Additional Bedding: Living Room: Two Sofa beds that can sleep, two persons.
Family Kitchen: The family kitchen is fully equipped with amenities, utensils and facilities to prepare meals up to 6 persons.
Bathrooms: The Villa has two bathrooms.
Limni Keriou (Keri Lake), along with the beach and the port of Keri, are located 15 kilometers from the city of Zakynthos(Zante) on a verdant mountain bank. The area is called Limni Keriou (Keri Lake) because of the lake that was there and which has now been drained.
In the gulf of Keri there is the beach and the island and today besides the fishing boats of the area and the little boats that carry out excursions, the little port is considered ideal for welcoming vessels as well.
While on holidays in Zakynthos(Zante), the beach of Keri, with its sand and pebbles is an ideal spot for swimming.
The mountains surrounding the lake are green and full of pine trees, holm oaks and amazing paths, ideal for those who wish to take nature walks. The scenery has an interchange of hills with small fields.
Located at a distance of 5 kilometers is the island of Keri, with its stone houses and narrow streets. There are old homes, which can be described as significant samples of local architecture, and whose yards are full of sage, oregano, lavender, basil and bougainvilleas.
Across the way from the shore, the island of Marathonisi dominates and it imposingly adorns the gulf of Lagana. It has a perimeter of approximately one kilometer. Nature found there is exotic, the beach is exceptionally clean and the water is limpid. Besides the two beaches, one with pebbles and the other with sand, one can find rich vegetation.
