Arismari Luxury Villas K1 are situated on the seafront of Porto Roma, in Vasilikos, looking out to the rising sun and the azure blue. The villas are located at the south-eastern edge of the island and only a walk away from the renown Porto Roma and Gerakas beach. We are also at the heart of the environmentally protected area “Natura 2000”, which is the home of endangered sea turtles and seals. The sea is also only a few footsteps away.
Just off the coast, the traditional yet modern stone villas are surrounded by the unique Mediterranean flora and aroma and offer a luxury living to its guests. The aim is to provide you something more than a place to stay and help you explore the wonderful island of Zakynthos. K1 is located in the northern part of the area. What distinguishes this villa is its interior design that will excite anyone that is looking for a bohemian and stylish summer escape.
The most significant facility of the place is a large infinity swimming pool where you can relax while gazing the sea meeting the horizon.

Arismari Luxury Villas is located in Vasilikos. A 12-minute walk from Gerakas Beach and a 3-minute walk from Porto Roma Beach in our neighborhood famous Porto Roma. There you will discover a pristine way of life with plenty of vegetation and flora. This makes it an exceptional landscape to relish your holidays! Take the opportunity to listen to cicadas’ songs and being refreshed by the summer breeze. Porto Roma is in the region of Vasilikos, where you can find the picturesque beach of Gerakas. Gerakas is also part of the environmentally protected area Natura 2000 in Zakynthos.
This area is the home of monk seals and sea turtles during their nesting period. If you can’t help but be active during your holidays there are also many hiking routes in Skopos. This is the only mountain in the area. In Ancient Greece was dedicated to the goddess Artemis. In the area you can also buy hand-made rugs, pottery or try an ouzo. There are some famous tavernas serving delicious local food.
